Global MedTeam does not charge nurses recruitment, application or placement fees. Depending on your case, third-party costs such as examinations, licensing, medical appointments, government documents or visa-related fees may apply. Before you proceed, we will clearly explain which costs are covered or reimbursed and which, if any, are your responsibility.

For an EB-3 placement, your spouse and unmarried children under 21 may generally apply for immigrant visas with you, subject to their individual eligibility and immigration processing. Our team and immigration counsel will explain how this applies to your family, including timing and required documents.

Visa approval can never be guaranteed. If your application is delayed, refused or denied, our immigration counsel will explain the decision, whether any next steps are available and what it means for your placement. Global MedTeam will continue supporting you through the process and does not charge a recruitment or placement fee.

Global MedTeam does not charge nurses a placement fee or impose a financial penalty for leaving employment. Your employment relationship is with the hospital, and any separate obligations involving relocation assistance, bonuses or other benefits will be stated in your hospital employment agreement.

Our relocation support includes help coordinating initial housing, transportation, banking information, school searches and community orientation. We may also provide job-search resources for spouses who are legally authorized to work. Available support can vary by placement and location, and your coordinator will explain what is included before your move.
