Dr. John Bonamo, MD, a seasoned healthcare leader and was very recently the CEO of Saint Barnabas Medical Center.
He has also been the Executive Vice President, Chief Quality Officer, and CMO of RWJ Barnabas Health in New Jersey
At Barnabas Health, Dr. Bonamo spearheaded transformative initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of care. His tenure as CMO, beginning in 2015, coincided with the organization’s transition to RWJ Barnabas Health from its former identity as Barnabas Health.
Throughout his career, Dr. Bonamo has maintained a steadfast commitment to clinical excellence, having served as the Clinical Chief of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Saint Barnabas Medical Center.
