Steps to Apply for the NCLEX

- Submit an application to a specific US State’s Board of Nursing.

- Complete a criminal history background check.
- Verify your foreign nursing license using a service like CGFNS.

IELTS
For international registered nurses aiming to work in the US, passing an English exam is mandatory. While there are several exam options available, the IELTS is the most commonly chosen.
IELTS Score Requirements
- Speaking Section: Minimum score of 7.0
- Overall Score: Minimum of 6.5

EB-3 Visa Process
The EB-3 visa is an immigrant visa that grants permanent residence in the United States. While the process can be complex and time-consuming, Global MedTeam is here to guide you through every step:
Steps for EB-3 Visa Application
- Obtain a Visascreen letter and secure a job offer from a US employer.
- The employer gets a Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD) from the US Department of Labor.
- The employer files the I-140 form with USCIS.
- Upon approval, USCIS forwards the I-140 to the National Visa Center (NVC).
- Attend a consulate interview after receiving notification.
Receive your visa after final approval.
